
Our social responsibility is to train and educate people for management and in management. This is our contribution to the development of Obninsk city, Kaluga region and the Russian Federation.
This responsibility entails four major tasks or areas of activity. Achievement of those is based on our efforts and experience and knowledge of our partners both in Russia and beyond.
Area 1: New perception. We help to form new perception by training managers for the XXI century — mobile, communicative, visionary, responsible and decisive. We assist entrepreneurs and businesspeople. We want Russian business to be a valuable part of the world business community. For this we employ the competences and skills of our faculty and staff.
Area 2: Personnel «upgrade». Knowledge becomes obsolete. New goals demand new tools. People also need upgrade. We are ready to provide that through continuous learning.
Area 3: New horizons and prospects. Besides knowledge people need vision for their development. People who look into the future are more efficient. We help people to gain such vision through various methods and forms of learning and training we offer.
Area 4: Consultancy — skilled people for rent. Some problems demand highly skilled people — now. It takes time to train them. We provide consultants who help you to seek the right solution and implement it.
