The International Institute of Business Administration — FRIDAS  is located in the town of Obninsk 100 kilometers South West of Moscow, in the Central Federal District of Russia. The city was built in an area of unsurpassed beauty with wonderful recreational opportunities. Obninsk is the region?s business, educational, cultural, research and medical center. In 2000 Obninsk was granted the status of the first Science City of the Russian Federation. A Business Incubator and a Science park were established here in 2001.
