Managerial retraining is an important component of FRIDAS activities. Our collaboration with our international partners is aimed at improving the business environment in Kaluga region and beyond by training top managers of Russian companies. For this we have developed various programs which we deliver on the regional and national market. The programs were developed in cooperation with our Swedish and Finnish partners.

The programs for international companies stationed in Russia are underway today. These involve short-term functional seminars (management, marketing and HRM in Russian-based companies), English language and Russian as a foreign language for corporate clients and long-term management team training courses.

Today FRIDAS is also involved in arrangement of study visits for foreign businesspeople interested in Russia as a market area. Such visits have already been arranged for business people from France, Sweden and Finland. We also helped arrange a study visit to Russia of Senior Executive MBA students from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

The core staff involved in managerial retraining consists of highly qualified experts trained in leading economic institutions of Russia and other countries (USA, France, Germany, Japan, Belgium, Austria, Sweden).
